in my house hold their are 5 of us...4 girls and one male......i never ever been in such a stress and upseting life right now...feeling afraid to go in my kitchen and eat or use the bathroom or even walk out the front door to go get something..... i hate this more then anything. i had a panic attack a huge one couple days ago and......i really don't want this happening again. i don't have very much friends but id like someone to talk to me to distract me....this is getting real out of hand til soon my mom gets a paper saying he has to leave...maybe this Monday....idk. but i hope once i get my own computer again and things are better i hope to

Got back from the hospital couple hours ago.....had a huge panic attack and collapsed against the toilet on my side, was out couple minutes, woke up crawled to my room had my grqndma call the hospital.... i was waotitng three hours for a room in a wheel chair out in the waiting room.. .was busy but manage to get a room. Im fine...for now but who knows if it happens again....
